WHY THIS INFORMATION

This page describes how personal data of users who visit the website are processed, as personal data relating to identified or identifiable individuals may be processed as a result of visiting the site. Before providing any personal data, Hotel Lungomare di Vincenzo and Rita Leardini snc invites you to carefully read this “Privacy Policy,” as it contains important information about personal data protection and the security measures adopted to ensure their confidentiality in full compliance with Applicable Regulations.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites that may be reached through hyperlinks published on the Site and conforms to Recommendation No. 2/2001 concerning the minimum requirements for online data collection within the European Union, adopted on May 17, 2001, by the Article 29 Working Party.

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation”), hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation,” the processing of personal information about you, which we may acquire, will be carried out based on principles of fairness, legality, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, integrity, transparency, and the protection of your privacy and rights.

    1. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING

      The Personal Data collected by the Site are the following:

      Navigation Data

      The IT systems and software procedures responsible for the operation of this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
      This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (success, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computing environment.
      Such data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the following purposes:

      • research/statistical analysis on aggregated or anonymous data, with no possibility of identifying the user, aimed at measuring the proper functioning of the Site, measuring traffic, and assessing usability and interest;

      Navigation data does not persist for more than seven days (unless necessary for the investigation of crimes by the judicial authority).

      Cookies and Other Tracking Systems

      No cookies are used for profiling users, nor are other tracking methods employed.
      However, session cookies (non-persistent) are used, strictly limited to what is necessary for secure and efficient navigation of the sites. The storage of session cookies on terminals or browsers is under the user’s control, and on servers, at the end of HTTP sessions, information related to cookies remains registered in service logs, with retention times not exceeding seven days, as with other navigation data.

      In addition to what is stated in section 2, the processing of data provided by you may be aimed at the following purposes:

    1. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

      The data processed for the purposes referred to in point 2 may be communicated to internal or external personnel, legal entities involved in the process of completing services requested by the data subject, including, for example, those responsible for sending emails and analyzing the functioning of the Site, who act based on specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of such processing. The list is available at the data controller’s premises upon request by the data subject.
      Personal Data processed are not transferred to recipients located outside the European Economic Area.

    1. RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

      The retention period of personal data begins when the data is provided by the data subject and ends with the exercise of the right to delete the data by the data subject, through a registered letter to Viale Milano 7, Riccione (RN), 47838, or via email communication to: privacy@leardinigroup.com

    1. VOLUNTARY NATURE OF DATA PROVIDING AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

      Providing the data necessary for the contact request and/or information is optional. However, if the requested data is not provided, the data subject will not be able to receive the requested information and support.

      Pursuant to Article 6 of the GDPR 679/2016, the processing of data for the purposes listed in point 2 of this document is based on the explicit consent of the data subject (Article 6(a)); the execution of a contract to which the data subject is a party (Article 6(b)); and the legitimate interest of the data controller (Article 6(f)), based on the relevant relationship between the data subject and the data controller, provided that the data subject’s rights and freedoms do not prevail. The legitimate interests of the Data Controller do not override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the data subject.

    1. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

      At any time, the data subject may exercise their rights with respect to the data controller, under Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 of GDPR 679/2016. Specifically, the data subject has the right:

      • to access personal data by making an appropriate request (Article 15);
      • to obtain rectification (Article 16);
      • to request the deletion of personal data (right to be forgotten) (Article 17);
      • to restrict processing (Article 18);
      • to data portability (Article 20);
      • to object to processing (Article 21);
      • to withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal (Article 13(2)(c));
      • to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 13(2)(d)).

    The collection and processing of data does not involve any automated decision-making or profiling by the Data Controller.

    The processing of the data you provide is aimed solely at the correct and complete execution of the service you requested. The specific purpose is the collection of personal data for the following purposes:

    • to fulfill your request for the sending of information via email regarding activities, events, initiatives, services, and updates in general carried out or promoted by the Data Controller.
  2. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

    The data processed for the purposes referred to in point 2 may be communicated to internal or external personnel, legal entities involved in the completion of the specific request/requirement of the data subject, whose list is available at the data controller’s premises upon request by the data subject.

  3. RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

    The retention period of personal data begins when the data is provided by the data subject and ends with the exercise of the right to delete the data by the data subject through the link at the bottom of each message or via registered letter to Viale Milano 7, Riccione (RN), 47838, or by email communication to: privacy@leardinigroup.com

  4. VOLUNTARY NATURE OF DATA PROVIDING AND CONSEQUENCES OF REFUSAL

    Providing the data necessary for the request to send information is optional. However, if the requested data is not provided, the data subject will not be able to receive the requested information and support.
